My journey began in 2017, with nothing but a camera and a challenge. At first, I resisted. My phone felt easier, familiar. The camera? Overwhelming. Too many settings. Too much theory.
But one day, I decided to push past the comfort zone. I picked up the camera. Adjusted the settings. Click. The first shot. Then another. And another.
That’s when everything changed.
Photography became more than just taking pictures. It became a way to capture emotions, personalities, connections. I found inspiration everywhere—in the golden light of the afternoon, in the curve of a smile, in the way a mother holds her child.
Today, I specialize in studio, maternity, family, newborn, and portrait photography in Taunton. My passion? Bringing out the beauty in every moment. Crafting unique setups. Freezing time so you can hold onto it forever.

I’m drawn to setups that feel timeless—rich with nostalgia yet strikingly fresh. There’s something about vintage aesthetics that speaks to me, something about the contrast between shadow and light that breathes life into an image. My photos aren’t just colorful; they’re balanced and intentional. Every hue, every texture, every tone is a choice, a way to shape the mood and make each session feel like a world of its own.
But I never stay in one place for too long. Creativity thrives on movement, on the thrill of the unexpected. A new prop that changes the whole scene. A daring angle that shifts the perspective. A fusion of styles that shouldn’t work—but somehow, it does.

A: You’ll receive the edited photos included in your chosen package. We don’t provide the original files, but we do keep them for longer, giving you the option to purchase additional images over time if you’d like. This way, you don’t have to spend a lot all at once. Editing typically takes 1–2 weeks, but I’ll keep you updated throughout the process!
How much are the extra photos?
A: Extra photos are £10 each. If you decide later that you’d like to purchase additional images beyond your package, you’re always welcome to do so.
How LONG WILL THE SESSION TAKE?
Q: How long will the session take?
A: Sessions usually last about 1–2 hours. Newborn shoots might take a bit longer since we allow plenty of time for breaks, feeding, and settling the baby.
What happens if i am late?
A: Please be respectful of everyone’s time. While I understand that traffic or unexpected delays happen, being 10–15 minutes late is manageable, but anything beyond that may result in losing your spot and your deposit. If you know you’ll be late, please notify me as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Can I bring props or personal items?
A: Absolutely! If there’s something meaningful you’d like to include—like a family heirloom or a favorite toy—feel free to bring it.
DOES IT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
A: Yes, a £50 deposit is required to book your session. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. However, we’re happy to reschedule your session to a date that works better for you.
How can I pay?
Payments can be made by cash or card, always at the end of the session.
Where's the location/carpark?

A: The studio address is listed at the top. While the studio doesn’t have its own car park, there’s a pay-and-display car park located on Wood Street, just behind the main street where the studio is. It’s about a 5-minute walk to get to the studio from there
What should we wear for the session?
A: I know it’s tempting to go for fancy or extravagant outfits, but none of that really matters. The best and most beautiful photos come from simple, timeless clothing choices. Plain clothes WITHOUT logos or patterns work best, as they won’t distract from you or your family.
For partners, basic t-shirts or shirts in black or white paired with jeans or neutral trousers (like beige, brown, or black) are my go-to recommendation. For moms, it’s always a good idea to stick to a color palette that coordinates with the family. If you’re wearing a patterned dress, I suggest keeping the kids in solid colors to avoid clashing.
If you’re feeling unsure, I always recommend sending me a photo of your outfit options before the session—I’m happy to help you coordinate and take the stress out of choosing!
For maternity sessions, simple is also best. A plain t-shirt and jeans with trainers work beautifully for a casual look, or you can go for black or white dresses that are classic and elegant. If you have a dress that no longer fits in the back but still looks great from the front, bring it! Nobody will see the back, and it might look stunning in photos.

How do I prepare for a newborn session
A: The best time for newborn sessions is within the first 2 weeks of birth. Please bring a milk bottle with you as it will help, it takes less time this way when feeding.Keep the baby fed and cozy beforehand, and I’ll take care of creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere during the shoot.
